Army Emblem

Arnold Raymond Gouine was born in Saginaw, MI on June 25, 1948 to the late Raymond Joseph and Doris Ruth (LeGue) Gouine. He passed away October 28, 2017 at his home. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a member of the Blumfield American Legion Post 229. He was also a member of the CB Club. Arnold retired from Zehnder Motor Sales in Frankenmuth after 41 years of service.
He married the former Deborah L. Stierheim on September 10, 1966 and she survives along with three children: Wendy Lynn Gouine (Dr. Peter Paul), Amy Lynn (Jeffrey Mark Sr.) Allen, and Kathy Jo (Aaron James) Burrows, 7 grandchildren: Matthew Steven Faber, Peter Lazlo Zoltan Paul, Isabelle Clare Paul, Jeffrey Mark Allen Jr., Brady Elizabeth Allen, Aaron James Burrows II and Aryanna Jaelyn Burrows, and a sister Judith (Brent) Neal. He was preceded in death by his brother William Joseph Gouine.
A family service will be held at a later date. No visiting hours are scheduled at this time. Memorials may be directed to the Parkinson's Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
