Dawn M. Tilley was born in Bay City, MI on August 31, 1969 to Donald A. and Judy (Preston) Tilley. She passed away March 27, 2017 at Stonegate Health Campus in Lapeer, MI. She was employed as a recruiter at Mott College and formerly at Kettering University and Davenport University.
Dawn is survived by her husband Kenneth E. Woolwine, 3 sons: John (Angela) Tilley, Nicholas Bartlett and Brandon Bartlett, her parents Donald A. and Judy Tilley, 3 step-children: Kendra (Kevin) Morse, Nathan Woolwine and Danyell (Jesse) Harvey, her grandmother Etta L. (Cliff) Huffman, 4 grandchildren: Bralie and Teagen Morse, Hunter and Hayden Harvey, a brother Don (Brandy) Tilley, nieces and nephew Amber and Jenna Tilley, Rachel and Alex Rinness.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Penzien-Steele Funeral Home, 608 N. Madison Ave. (M-25), Bay City. Pastor Mark Seppo will officiate. Visiting hours will begin at 11 a.m. and continue until the service begins. Memorials may be made to the family wishes.
