Edna Mae Oltman
Munger Michigan.

Loving wife and mother passed away peacefully on September 19th 2016. We thank God for her presence in the lives of her family and friends, she will be dearly missed until we are united with her in Heaven.

Edna was born on July 18, 1926 along with her twin brother Edward Strieter to Conrad and Mary Strieter. She was a homemaker, gardener, and helped on the farm. She enjoyed baking, sewing, reading, playing cards and quilting. She was a member of Trinity-St James Lutheran Church of Munger.

She married Bernard Frank Oltman on May 12, 1951 who proceeded her in death in 2001. She is survived by her children Judy (Dale) Janson, Joyce (Dennis) Knoll, Karen (Ed) Mozden, and Frank Oltman. Edna is also survived by her sister Mable (Herman) Meyer along with grandchildren James (Angela) Janson, Cindy (Brian) Rodammer, Brian Janson and Laura (Adam) Cunningham, Mary Knoll, Katey Knoll, Travis Mozden and Derek Mozden. And great grandchildren Isaac and Bradley Rodammer and Avery Cunningham. Also by step great grandchildren Emma and Mea Roe.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Edward (Elaine) Strieter, Frederick (Lola) Strieter and Margaret (Alfred) Schoof.

The Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Trinity-St James Lutheran Church, 119 E. Munger Road, Munger MI. Pastor Michael G. Stahl will officiate. Friends may call at Penzien Steele Funeral Home on Friday from 2:00 till 8:00 pm and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Memorials may be directed to Trinity-St James in lieu of flowers.
