Nancy Ann Worth, age 78 years, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side, on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on July 23, 1937 in Vassar, Michigan the daughter of the late Elgin M. and Mary M. (Lambert) Miller. Nancy was a resident of Vassar her entire life, retiring from Grede Foundry after 38 years.

Surviving family include her children, Dee Dee Worth, Dawn (Scott Sherfield) Worth and Alan Worth; brother, Gale (Barbara) Miller; sister-in-law, Nancy Miller; brother-in-law, Roland Bielert; special niece, Chick (Bud) Rowe; special nephews, Doug (Be-Bom) Bielert, Tim (Jeanette) Bielert, Steven (Connie) Martin and Scott (Julie) Smith and Paige; also surviving are many other loving nieces, nephews and friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her sisters, Katy Bielert, Roseanna Miller, Angeline (Leon) Chardon, Percy Miller and Carol Smith; and brothers, Glenwood Miller, Elgin Miller Jr., and James Miller.

In following Nancy's wishes, cremation has taken place and no visitation or funeral services are scheduled. Private interment will take place at Tuscola Township Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Penzien-Steele Funeral Home, 149 N. Main St. in Vassar.
