Ruth Ellen Neal, age 94 years, passed away peacefully Monday, June 05, 2017 at Healthsource of Saginaw. She was born on September 12, 1922 in Bay City, the daughter of the late Ralph and Hazel (Cornelius) Bradley. Ruth was united in marriage to Walter E. Neal, Sr. on November 7, 1941 and after more than 52 years together he preceded her in death on May 5, 1994. Ruth retired from Bay Medical Center as the Supervisor of Housekeeping. She raised four children, Judy Hahn, Walter (Marge) Neal, Jr., Michael Neal and James (Joan) Neal. Additional surviving family include her nine grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, brothers and sisters, grandson, James Hahn, Jr. and son, Michael Neal. A private funeral service has taken place and Ruth has been laid to rest with her husband at Floral Gardens Cemetery.
